I love that you are an elder statesman now. Who would have thought that the chap who forced the locking of the last Batman thread because his fevered speculation on the murderous psychic power of the Joker was getting so incredibly offensive would now be proposing that a thread about Batman be locked? That the world would turn full circle? That irony would be so thoroughly invisible?
Yeah, yeah, yeah. It's funny how people remember things differently. From my point of view, it was you who forced that locking by continuously commenting the issue way beyond I would've, thus causing the degenerating thereof. And my speculation, "fevered" as it may have been, was only that the stress from work lead to accidental over-medication (I clarified that already) and that such fact was "ironic", though only in a profoundly sad way, though at the time I use the words "Joker-funny", which I thought it was pretty obvious it actually meant "not funny at all". The "murderous psychic power of the Joker" part existed only in your interpretation of what I must have meant. And I only kept talking about it because you kept asking me about it.
But I won't engage in that conversation again (aside from this post, evidently).
Lock this thread before it's too late. Trust this elder statesman on this, it's for the better. |
