Need help identifying classical pieces.

for the second piece you listed from you tube: Cricket to Mozart it is Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart's Piano Concerto No. 21 in C, KV 467; II. Andante

That first one doesn't sound like "classical" music, but a classical arrangement to a pop tune from the first quarter of the 20th century or thereabouts. I can't name it, but I wouldn't be surprised if it was Ralph Vaughn Williams or someone like him.
