I'm home after a dreary short film screening at a local bar -- dreary! It was all French films that might have been interesting if you could see the subtitles over the big-haired heads (or, could speak French more fluently than I do), depressed political pieces and little else -- nothing really possessed much energy. There was a documentary about the secret tunnels under the city, and it had energy and variety of tone, but the sound system was terrible so it lost something, I think. Too bad.
Guitar Hero scares me-- I'm just not musical. It would do little but highlight my flaws. |
