All I can think of is the terrible reverse. Sabrina, Cat People, Trouble with Charlie...

Maybe a case could be made for Little Shop of Horrors.

Aren't they remaking Flash Gordon? Or at least a new Flash Gordon TV show. Starring that generically Abercrombie blond "actor" who was a B-List supporting character on Smallville.
