There were only 2 shortcomings of the old one-piece... when the vinyl foot bottoms started to go and having a close call with the zipper running all the way up the suit. Careful if you've been drinking and eyeing one up folks!

i'm kind of tired when i'm sitting up but when i lie down i'm absolutely not, and eventually i have to get up and start doing stuff. i took a couple of late-night walks alone in the city which probably wasn't a great idea cuz there was NO ONE out there. i've never seen a city so dead.

laoi--my current insomnia solution is audiobooks, because I'm a "brain won't shut off" type. Preferably a book I've loved and read so that if I fall asleep and the thing keeps going and I can't figure out where I was, it doesn't really matter. (Music tends to wake me up because the volume is unpredictable.)

Audiobooks have a very soothing, bed-time quality to them Dark room, listening to someone tell me a story. I find that can't think about anything else, and I go to sleep. And I also feel like I'm not totally wasting time, if it's a good book.
