| | | Few things finer than climbing into bed at night. Especially into a good bed, onto a good mattress, under a good duvet, in a cosy bedroom. I sleep a lot, dream a lot, enjoy it lots. 7 to 8 hours most nights. I love surrendering myself into the arms of Morpheus.
I like getting up at 8 most days after years of early shifts as a nurse, up at 5.30 or 6.
Some days, some whole weekends, I never really get out of bed. We sit with books, laptops, radio, popping out to the toilet, downstairs to raid the fridge, dozing and resurfacing. John and Yoko Bed-Ins for World Peace. |
