didn't that doco on honey badgers have one take on and demolish a 5m white pointer? or was that the dream i was having... [rekkun one could - that was a fabulous doco, to be sure. i remember the puff adder and 'near death' bit.. talk about hair of the dog! faa-aark]

Actually, I suspect the answer is even more humiliating than that. The badger left us alone simply because it couldn't be bothered to kick our arses.

There's nothing like trekking through a national park in Zambia to bluntly remind you that your specieis is, well, pretty low down on the food chain really.
