While searching for the pronunciation for "quaque die", I found this forum. It looks like wembley either works for or consults for Nokia and has helped with the N-Gage products... Is that true? If so, that's neat to think someone here is 'famous' through their contributions!

When naming this latest device, we wanted to find a combination of letters that would be international and work in many different languages. Our marketing organization was looking at the key product features of the N-Gage platform and they were inspired by the fact that you can carry your N-Gage device with you all the time so that it’s easy to play whenever you want, every day.
Which is where the QD comes from: it’s Latin for every day or daily (quaque die). |
