How to have Fun

I think I may have forgotten to how to have fun? I mean I'm generally happy its everpresent like a discobeat induced monotone hum , but I have nothing that I could call tangible fun anymore. Maybe its just a case of S.S.D.D, or maybe that I've been concentrating on work for so long that I've changed and need to re-evaluate the criteria of what I find fun. I still socialise with friends and acquaintances but nothing really causes a blip on the radar......

Go and roll down a big hill on a sunny day.

Indeed. For preference the big hill should have been mown a few days ago for maximum bits-of-dry-grass action. Also, if you can contrive to get someone else to roll down with you and have a big grss fight at the bottom of the hill, this is a plus. As is shrieking "Noooo! My haiiiirrr!"

Seriously, you need to do something utterly mindless that a) you don't do normally and b) takes your ego off the hook for a while.

Failing hills (athough I can agree this is by far the best therapy) try playing Connect 4 with a 5 year old.

I defy anyone not to have fun, I did it today and it was truly delightful. Although, humiliatingly, I was beaten on more than one occasion.
