| | | I find it difficult to believe that the Dr Atkins diet didnt have any negative side effects other than bad breath. Surely that has to be awful for you. Personally i could never do it coz im a veggie, so all i could eat is cheese (i hate eggs with a passion).
Has anyone out there done the Atkins diet, and if u have did you get any side effects, or just plain hate it?
I'd much prefer the Rosemary one, but I need my cheese, and i dont think u could have that. As for slim-fast... oooh my god, going from 6pm one day to 6pm the next with nothing but two milkshakes... come off it, u have to be taking the piss! Weight-watchers seems ok, but a bit fiddly.
WHat are your thoughts on those 4 diets, or any other ones? xx |
