When, in the middle of an otherwise completely shitty day, a guy comes in, obviously not from around here, looks around, says: "Wow. You're doing a great job. You're holding it together so well... I'd have gone nuts by now." And tips you with a fiver with a note folded into it that says "Keep strong."

As opposed to, say, a boyfriend that laughs at you when you cry.

When I put my key in the door and I can hear my daughter yelling "Daddy, daddy, daddy! Daddy, daddy, daddy!" *door opens* "DADDDDDDDDYYYYYYYYYY!!!" followed by a little squeal and laughter as she runs away and dives face first onto the couch.

That is the absolute best feeling in the world.
