I talked to my soon-to-be former landlord, and came to two conclusions.
1) I'll never find a guy renting out an apartment as nice as him again.
2) He's kinda dumb. I mean, who pays a realtor to list an apartment when your vacating tenant has found three people who all want the place by September 1st, all ready and raring to move in?!
But still, hell of a guy. I'm gonna miss living under his regime. But now I'm packing everything up, getting ready to put it into storage on Sunday afternoon. I'll be couch-surfing while I find a new place and better employment(I've got my fingers crossed for a few positions at MIT), and things are going to be okay; I can live this.
