Having noticed more than one person recently attempting to post images from Geocities and other leachproof sources, I thought I'd mention that free image hosting services exist to help you get around the problem.
These services allow you to upload pix from your hard drive and onto the host's servers. Once you've uploaded your graphic, you can link to it or stick it on the board.
