Sorry about the wait. I am so insanely busy. I promise to give this project more consideration from now on. Another resolution!

OK, I have emailed both the current holders of the magic pen, and they have until Friday afternoon to respond before I pass it on to the next dynamic duo.

I haven't posted the first installment of the project yet because the panels needed tweaking and I just got Photoshop back yesterday, so they should be up shortly.

So, as of this weekend the Barbelith Corpse is go once again!

I have been in contact with the two artists responsible for the last round, and can now safely move on to the next two contenders. I've switched it up a bit so that Biologic K-9 wouldn't have to do both Corpses at the same time. Here is the new order.

Corpse #1 - Biologic K-9, MC Lentil, THX, Flyboy.

Corpse #2 - THX, Biologic K-9, Flyboy, MC Lentil.

Biologic K-9 and THX, you will have the addresses for your Corpses in your inbox by the end of the night. If the email on your profile is incorrect, please let me know. If I don't hear back from you by next Saturday, the 19th, I will pass it on to the next person.

Todd and Solid. Of course. I'll revise the list accordingly.

THX. JPG if you please, but just about anything will do. I usually jiggle the panels a little bit later (often badly).

Grant. I know we discussed the proposed panel arrangement, but I have forgotten what the verdict, if any, was. I like four panels because it doesn't leave an empty white space every other week, but I could be convinced otherwise. After all, three a week would work just as well, and it would stretch this out a little longer.

Verdict, schmerdict. As a writer, I would have enjoyed more space to shape the story, but as a reader, I get a kick (in the current layout) from the overlapping styles. Although as long as the fours were done after a three (so it starts on the second panel of a line and ends on the first panel of another line), the same effect would hold true.

Bio is in, but will need a bit more time to ship his contribution over. THX is out, so I have passed it onto MuChos Lentillos. This is out of order from what I had previously stated, but only because Muchos Lentillos hasn't had a turn yet, and everyone else on the list has.

Starting now, there will be an expected 2 week deadline for all submissions, excluding any delay due to real world shipping. I will give a maximum 3 weeks before passing it on to the next person. This is starting to get ridiculous.

And Lentillos, everyone, don't forget that there is a second page, linked to at the bottom of the first.

Anyone who has not had a turn at Corpse #1 and/or Corpse #2 and would like to, please post here within the next week, even if you've expressed interest before.

It's been about a year since we started this. I have just gone over two different lists. Those people who have joined the group at some point, and those who actually produced results. It's a little sad. I don't blame those who bowed out from the project. Real life takes precedence over comics. However, the wait between contributions is too long. Also, many of my private messages have gone unanswered.

Therefore, I am giving anyone who has not participated ONE WEEK to state that they wish to contribute. Those people, if anyone signs up, will finish off Act I of each Corpse. Then I will post new lists for both Corpses which will contain the names of those people who participated in the first Act. Anyone, including those who failed to contribute in the first Act, may sign up. Anyone who signs up after this week is out will be put on the lists for the second Act, and will not be contributing to the first.

Starting at the end of this week long membership drive, all participants must complete their panels within two weeks, or three weeks if they need to send their submissions by mail. If you need more time, contact me. If you don't, you will forfeit your turn. If the two weeks has passed, I will send one message to the person, which they must answer within 48 hours. I will not be chasing people anymore.
