Yes - I know they are unattractive - I'm trying to find a way to get Amazon links onto the pages to get more money to run the site with. At the moment the priority is gettin the links up on the site, rather than how they look. And i'm really uncomfortable with having normal flags up on the site because they look like some weird form of patriotic thing, which is the last thing I want. Unfortunately I can' think of an alternative as yet.

I will be working on this in the coming week, I can promise you.

You don't really need to use flags. Rather than basing the image around the idea of a British service and an American one you could focus on the .com and .co.uk parts of the addresses.

The flags don't bother me. The first time I saw them I thought it was an artistic decision. Especially with the image of Boy crying right next to them.

It was uncomfortable to see. That's why I think it was an effective decision on Tom's part.
