Papers, anyone, anywhere?

I have halibut and mushrooms to fix into something for dinner.

I have a mission to write a short pulp story by the end of the night.

It feels like spring, finally, but all my days are wrapped in work.

Come. Lateshift. Love.

Oh dear... I missed a meal somewhen I think and really should get onto the next one. Thank goodness lateshifts are here to prod my memory, or I'd starve.

Ooohhh, an only slightly soiled thread for me to jump on repeatedly with my muddied boots.

Sproing!

Just make the bootprint pattern interesting, would ya?

Yes, beans and rice equipped, I make my return to the thread already in progress. (Edited for content and time.)

Been feeling particularly productive lately, Papers? You seem to be turning out a fair bit of work these days.

I sit here way more tired than I have a right to be at 10:15, thanks to an anti-anxiety pill I tried today at the behest of my good friend/boss. Not sure if I'm going to give it another go, I enjoy my late nights.

If I can keep my eyes open, I'm going to continue editing a pulp/horror/slightly goofy story I wrote a few weeks ago, read some more Pet Sematary, and pounce on my girlfriend as soon as her sister leaves our apartment.

Coffee, apple and Quavers here, to be followed by an Alpen cereal bar.

Not extactly the stuff that dreams are made of, but it'll keep me going until work is over.

So, any excitement happening anywhere?

Nope. Here neither.

My leather wind-cheater (the sort that Bono wears) appears to be lathered in gore at the moment,.

Those f***ing bastards; I was so close to success I could taste it; I had the deal worked out, the property, the lovely lady and yet ... and yet, my friends, it seems I have fallen once more at the last hurdle.

Not as productive as I'd like to be, I'm afraid. It's been days since I finished that last draft.

I've just loaded up a bunch of Beatles onto my computer and I intend to make playlists! Then I'll crack the next story, I think.

Rice sounds good. I had fried up the halibut and mushrooms -- beautiful. Now my head's full of protein.

Well, I've just now finished my final project for my web design class. I still need to build an alternate CSS file, but I'll leave that for tomorrow.

I missed the "A" in that sentence and pictured you stacking a bunch of beetlebugs on top of your CPU, desperately trying to keep them from flying away.

I can picture Papers taping each one to emit a differnet note like a bug xylophone

Thanks, Keggers!

Unfortunately my scanning skills still need work. Or maybe I just need a new scanner.

Don't you know, Beatles are like Legos? Only the Pauls don't connect with the others so well the older they get.

And yes, very cool leather skillz there, Liger!

We can rebuild them. We have the technolgy. We have the capability to... to teach them! Silly bugs.

This is probably a good time to mention I've been misreading the thread summary all evening. I could have sworn that used to read "bikini void" up there. It was a very different thread then. But, yet, the same.
