I moved house 3 months ago. I wanted to put my stereo in properly or not at all. It's still looking like a few weeks before I can start living in the living room, no music is taking its toll - on the plus side I'm playing the guitar more.

They locked library workers out the day before Freedom to Read Week.

I'm not emotionally together enough to handle job-hunting just yet, but when I (a) feel confident and (b) can go five minutes without a ridiculous panic attack, I'll hit the hunting action.

I feel good tonight. I wrote something tonight and have an idea for something else. Tomorrow will probably be shit, though. If I let it.

My leave was more realworld fleshy concerns than it was any burning out on the 'lith. Even if most of my presence here has been lateshifty.

I should be back a bit more, now that things are smoothing out. Couple new sales and a few semi-long-term gigs. No more dumpsters for pretty Anna! and all that. And I have decided to lie to myself and pretend that I don't actually care how people's SO's react to me or my presence/existence any longer. Learning that the cell can be turned off and that it's still really fun to kill a whole night with someone in their car somewhere the traffic isn't too heavy, supplied by an all-night Circle K and fueled by the stereo and constant streams of BS.

A second - or third, or fifth - childhood, basically.
