I'm making myself steamed salmon and broccoli tonight, downloading the latest Legion cartoon, and am probably going to read more of the Vonnegut. How's everyone?

I missed a barbe-scandal? (Is it me, or does 'scandal' not at all look like it's spelled remotely correctly when it is?)

And I kinda like the idea that we can be registered at barbelith.apply@gmail.com. All things really do come back to the 'lith. (Makes gifts hard to get, yes, but if it works out, we could also do that Emergency Alcohol Exchange through the tricksy interweb, too!)

Now, 45 minutes later I'm too hungry to sleep, there's a pizza in the oven, and I'm going to be up far past sensible bed time...

I need to stop trying to control my impulses.

I have no pizza. However I do have a freshly brewed mug of coffee and a bag of mixed munchies. They will have to do.

Coffee and alcohol or just coffee? 'Cause you'd think - well, I with my amazing lack of medical training would think - that the tightening and opening up of blood vessels would kinda balance out between, and then be a bit dramatic when one intake is dropped temporarily.
