someplace not too intimidating to get to in London
Can you be a bit more specific in terms of what this means? Distance from point X or means of transport required, presumably?
I wouldn't be averse to taking the Oxford Tube (or that other one) on the Sunday either - thinking about it, you probably mean somewhere to get to from Oxford, in which case you want somewhere along either of the bus routes - Notting Hill, Marble Arch, Victoria, Baker Street, and surroundings (or if you're coming from Reading, near the relevant station, which I think is Paddington). |
