Ugh. I really would like to go out and do something. Especially since I just opened my e-mail to find three different invites for tonight, ranging from party to whatever was Tivoed earlier in the week, and yet, I'm just not up to it. Moody, dead night.

Not only does my apocalypse not have a hobbyhorse like the Doom Patrol's, now I feel old and unprivileged.

Still, I have to work in just a handful of hours, so I'll pretend that's why and make it up to myself on the weekend. Which will be just enough days away from yesterday for me to have recovered appropriately.

Thanks to the universal gift of BOOZE, I misread what Decadent wrote earlier as don't honeymoon on a planet, and wondered what exotic sci-fi alternatives he had in mind.

I'm up late solely because I can be, watching Lucky Star, the anime that combines jokes about schoolwork and online gaming with a sensation not unlike mainlining sugar into your eyeball. Do not approach.

She's not just A dog. She's THE actual best dog in the world.

I'm a total wuss when it comes to my dog. There're pictures of her as a puppy in the "adorable dogs" thread- I'm not a good one for getting photos of anything, so there aren't any recent ones. I think Durango may have some. But she is SOOOOOO CUTE it hurts.
