Scrambles password, I imagine. I _think_ that the email address exclusion is automatic, because you can't have two udernames with the same email address, although I could be wrong. Tom?
But does it not still have to scramble the email too, otherwise the user could just request their new password? So it would theoretically be possible to set up a new suit on an old email account, if that account was no longer tied to the old suit...
Or more moderators. Also we need to know that darkmatter has been successfully banned. Tom unles this is going to result in your IP address being blocked or something could you please try to log in as DM and confirm that his account is no longer accessible?
