GOD, I wish. I'm mostly hunching over a little moleskine notebook until my shoulders ache, scribbling with a pen until my wrists hurt. Mostly in coffee shops, then I transcribe them onto the computer, wishing I had a bottle of wine to make the whole process more "fluid." And I read bits and pieces of other stuff while I do it, like a Tom Robbins book at the moment. Another Roadside Attraction.

I'm, you know, around and about. Glad to hear you had a good day, Pacific, even if it was sans Haloquin.

I just got done watching the adapted-from-a-videogame anime Fate/stay night, which sorely shows its roots, but is nonetheless addictive as hell. Interesting magical themes too with some halfway convincing stuff about visualisation and a mildly alarming bit of impromptu sex magic at one point. It's not a keeper but it's worth a look.

Ah, I see. The Wire is next on my list of things to watch when I'm feeling down, and has been for a good few months since I read about it here, I was just excited that I'd finally gotten someone to look at an anime thread.
