There is a housewarming party at my new house, in Manchester, on the 21st of July. If anyone from here wants to come they are more than welcome, assuming you could get to any of the major train stations, that if you slept on floors you'd be okay with not being the only one to do so, and you don't mind people in the 21-ish age bracket.
