First off, apologies for the late start to this mix. But it's still May, at least.

The title says it all, really: please submit your songs for inclusion in a mix CD (or a double if enough people sign up, one song per person) on the theme of rain and/or May (or springtime in general at a stretch). Feel free to play fast and loose with the words and ideas, and I'll do my best to wrestle them all into a nice refreshing CD for our mutual delectation.

I thought of this theme as soon as I proposed myself for doing the May mix CD way back when, so I feel a tad guilty for the current deterioration in the weather conditions in London. Isn't solipsism wonderful?

There is an obvious contender for a track for this mix (which I won't name, but comes in at least two versions) so it/they will have to be allocated on a first-come first-served basis. So as soon as the contributors are finalised, I'll make a request for track suggestion PMs.

I am, there is, and you are. This mix set will be soooo seventies, Roger Dean will spin in his grave (despite not being dead yet), at least in its gatefoldiness.

So that's 24 contributors, with 24 tracks awaited (actually, some are already in...). I'll be PMing with the details of how and where very soon.

If it turns out there's any space left once all the tracks are in, anyone who missed out this time might be able to jump aboard as we pull out of the station, but that really will depend on how it works out.
