Anyone try this out? Saw it got plugged as one of the top ten indie games in Wired the other day. Tried it out and instantly became infatuated with it. It's a flash game - lovingly crafted at that. You start out as a sort of small multicellular waterliving organism and proceed to work your way up the evolutionary scale by eating floating bits of food and other critters. Nice way to waste time. Free too.

Flow for the DS would be absolutely terrific.

I managed to seriously screw my brain up playing it at work today. I want to know what happens when you evolve past the second lifeform.

I have killed literally everything on the second level, I'm as big as Chicago, so why won't I evolve?

I can't eat the jellyfish, they keep eating me back. I don't want there to be conflict or challenge in this game... just endless eating and growing. It's so relaxing as long as I'm not also trying to run from something.

I wonder if this game is triggering for some folks with eating disorders.

You can eat everything in this game. That's the point. Don't try and eat the radioactive-symbol jellyfish brains, eat the blobs on the outside. Tuck in!

I was looking forward to evolving into one of those viciously fast kite-shaped things. I don't really have the time to do that at work though.
