That happens to be all the time, Mouse. It's hard to hold back one your favorite character just because they're leaving your pals in the dust.

I'd suggest you keep going with Angore at full pace, but make another character for hanging out with us.

Good idea, grid/kobe.

Mouse - we need a warrior class... hint hint.

Yeah, Tarbh just turned 13 too.

I'm up for Wednesday as picture day. Shame we can't all buy tuxedos.

Oh my goodness, the thought of doing all that early grinding over again makes the colour flee from my face. I think I shall keep my hunter chappie. Besides, my pet is fairly tanky at the moment.

Kobe and Peanut are paused at level 15 until wednesday night. Anytime after 6:00 CST is fine with me.

8:00 EST/7:00 CST then. I'm good to go.

I hope to hell they have this maintenance issue solved. It's driving me nuts to get off work and not be able to WoW a little.

Here's a pic of Kobesatay, Luvah, and Peanut.

It's not very good, but I think Cass has a better one.

Tragedy.

None of the shots I tried with Kobe, Peanut, and I came out. I must have pressed the wrong button. Next time I guess.

We tried completing a fire totem Shaman quest for me last night. Ysera is horribly underpopulated on weeknights. Normally a Genchat channel request shoots out a hundred helpful voices. Not so much in Durotar.

Anyway, Kobe and I managed to track down the requirments to make my hallucinogen, but in the course of also killing a load of piggies, I "destroyed" one reagent. WTF, right? Keep in mind I didn't realize this until AFTER I climbed the mountian and found the Fire Monolith.

In other news, I have the money for Urthona's mount and only 2.5 levels to climb. Warlocks are a bitch to keep alive, and Hunters are an amazingly fun class. My intention is to win Jhuuno a Kodo mount, and that means doing donations of wool. Does anyone else know of ways to raise reputations with the Tauren?

I wasn't going to tell you, Cass, but when we got back to Ratchet, Peanut was chewing on something.

And it kind of looked like... reagents.

Oh, and in terms of getting reputation with the Taurens. Do every quest in Mulgore. Even if you're too high level for it to do you any good, you'll get some rep.

Aertho
16:59 / 29.06.06
Yeah. I got most of the given ones. I wonder about the surprise quests, like items and creatures like Ghost Paw... Anything stand out that I should look for?

Also, The Barrens would seem chock full of quests because it serves as the Horde's single answer to Loch Modan, Westfall & parts of Redridge. As Night Elves have an obvious progression from Teldrassil - Darkshore - Ashenvale - Wetlands, what is the progression of Tauren "lands"? The West Side Horde seems all thrown together.

After Mulgore, you don't really see many Taurens again until you get to Stonetalon, 1000 Needles, and Ferales.

Aertho
18:56 / 29.06.06
Stonetalon: 20-30
1000 Needles 30-40
Feralas: 40-50

Is that correct? And is that thinking sound? My main is NE, and has a "revered" status higher in Humans than even Night Elves. I assumed that this was due to me completing most of the Human lands' quests... I'm guessing that the same logic would apply to each race, meaning Tauren reputation gains from doing Tauren land quests. But I sit and think, and can't really see a clear distinction between what areas belong to what race. Like Hillsbrad... Human? Arathi... Dwarven? Is there a resource to know which is which?

Do we all face the same face? Braided beard and sideburns?

gridley
22:42 / 29.06.06
I think my hair and beard are short and unbraided.

I don't know of such a resource, Cass, but if you click on a townsperson, it will tell you the affiliation of that town, so you know what kind of reputation you'll get from quests there.

Well THAT'S new information, thank you! I'll defineitly try that out. And I want to say thanks again for that stupid Hunter tricks question about pet attack action. I'm such a doofus. So full of icons and no idea what they do...

Sorry I couldn't contribute on Wednesday, guys. We've got a new wireless network at my place of work and so I was in a mad panic getting people to work with it. Still kicking out the bugs even today.

I've got enough silver to buy a guild charter but not enough gold to buy a tabard design for all of us.

What should we name it?

Wow, what level is everyone up to? I haven't played with Kobe and Peanut since that distant wednesday.

We sould arrange a meet sometime soon. I've been sorting out moving across the country for the past month or so, but things are settling down again so I ought to be able to squeeze in some WoW again.

Uhh, like I said earlier, I'm very very involved with my empire of toons on Cenarion Circle.

I haven't played Luvah in quite some time. Since that photo night with Kobe.

Hasn't stopped me from rolling another Tauren Shaman tho. This one is Tharmas, level 10. He's recenty joined The Ancient Circle guild, along with his brother and sisters. (Jhuuno - rerolled as a mage, Ekedna the Orc huntress, and Malchiel the Undead shadowpriest)

Still cruising along in the Alliance too. Urthona hit level 48 recently and finished the Searing Gorge in a day and a half. Marrigan the witch hit 25 in Shadowfang Keep, Odn's kinda boring right now, and Phraya's led three FP expeditions into Lordaeron for lowbies. Truly a LotR experience; taking people from Darkshire to Chillwind Point.

What is a FP expedition?

And good to see, that there more players with ten or more characters!

Flight Path Expedition.

I just started it, and it's loads of fun. LFG Flightpath run for lowbies. Very tedious, but it's fun to watch the kids go "oooh" and "ahh" at the landscape changes.

I've only ever started runs in Darkshire or Lakeshire, but In theory, I'd love to include Booty Bay. Aggro radii kinda refutes that tho. Basically, Darkshire or Lakeshire, then Sentinel Hill to Stormwind, tram to Ironforge, west to Thelsamar and then back east to Menethil Harbor. Track back to Refuge Point, east to Southshore, back through the Tarren Mill nonsence to Aerie Peak, and the highly dangerous wolf chase up the mountians to Western Plaguelands, where you willingly die and rez at Chillwind Point. The sixties at CP laugh at the masses I bring to WPL.

Oh, thanks!

I took my chars to many griffin points all by their low level lonesome. Repair costs are low, and once you´ve died, you can get to anywhere, as long as you can find the graveyard for being ressurrected.

Then later on, quests of the ilk "Here, get this to Marshal x in yshire", it´s 2.000 exp in 3 minutes.
