From a brief, best-forgotten period in Nintendo's history when increased competition from Sony and Microsoft forced a desperate gambit to appeal to an older market. Pisstar was one of the tamer monsters to be found in Kirby's Adventures in Specialinterestclubland. The rest of them, and the resulting transformations, don't really bear discussion.
I think the ill-advised and ridiculously offensive Slurper Mario Brothers was the final nail in the coffin. |
