Oh, so there is a hierarchy, with Comics below Conversation, and Conversation (judging from recent complaints about threads being "demoted" to it) below some other Barbelith boards. I don't think that should be the case, but perhaps the people posting on Comics make it (seem) that way. You're right, it's not something I can do anything about except by trying to lift the quality of the Comics forum. Anyway, that's not really relevant here, though I was surprised by your comment.
More relevantly: I am really getting sick of seeing the words "Sensitive Rapist" at the top of the forum, and if he isn't going to change it, and if he isn't going to be banned, then I would like to request that the name be changed anyway so people who are upset or offended by that name don't have to keep reading it while the thread remains active and hence at the top of the board.
I'm sure "I request" doesn't always get either. But sometimes it does, especially if others also request. And to recall another truism, if you don't ask you don't get, either. |
