It's true - at last, Barbelith's own BIN come to Shoreditch* on Sunday 12th March to play live at the Kosmische Club. It's upstairs at the Old Blue Last on the junction of Curtain Road and Great Eastern Street from 8pm, and entrance will be a mere three of your earth pounds to you, freaks.

All that and DJs Sacha Dieu and Woebot playing some rare electronic music from Eighties Germany (and believe me that is a good thing) plus the Kosmische stalwarts, probably including myself, playing the unusually usual spacey stuff to encourage your head to go "ping" and your feet to shuffle.

The flyer's pretty nice too...

*We're not at all trendy, really. Honest.

Please keep all sorting out beyond the boundaries of the premises - though onstage bare-knuckle brawling could be considered in keeping with both the Lord Savage's muttonchop whiskers plus any Victorian values they might inspire, and the vintage decor of the Old Blue Last.

However, as the bouncers are of the very hefty variety, I would suggest keeping things to verbal quips and sardonic ripostes where possible.

Heckling is good though. Particularly if it involves clever comments and asides to the crowd about moustaches.

Well, I had a great time - thanks all involved. Would have liked to have chatted more to Stoatie and TangoMango, but I kinda shied away (It's weird meeting/seeing your Barbeheroes...)

'Twas an odd night, with strange drunken hecklers and a shelf of spirits falling down behind the bar, but the music was all top-notch and I crave more Kosmische Klubbing (didn't get round to dancing this time)

Top laugh. We played well, had a great time and enjoyed making strange dance shapes to German electro. The two hecklers were really funny as well. My personal favourite heckle: "You must try harder!" Mighty strange.
