Hey Denfold, any plans of doing the Marvel universe? I'd be interested in seeing your take on Ghost Rider, I think he's been stuck in the same look for too long. And that Iron Man has looked shoddy for a decade now.

It is more gritty and realistic, when Detective John Jones is promoted at work because he is a hero cop, but then it comes out that he is a superhero cop and his secret identity is blown. He is kicked off the Force becuase it is unfair to the other cops. And he becomes a p.i. and his partner is the streetwise Power Grrl. But they don't use their powers they use their wits to solve crimes.

Tsk. I'm sick of these new "kewl" Image-style artists like this hack, redesigning character costumes that were perfect when I was 16 in 1981 and everything was written by Roger Stern. This "Denfeld" guy is probably one of those EUROPEAN comics creators who have no respect for superheroes and just like to piss on them. Shame on you all for buying into this!

Besides, it's all very well and good to have come up with these "gnarly" redesigns, but I'd bet my beard that Denfeld is one of those creators who'll sign up for a 12-issue monthly run and then be CONSTANTLY LATE. If you can't put out a comic book each month, why bother to make comics at all?

Now, the one picture I really DO like is that first striking Green Arrow on the first page. You see how REALISTIC it is? Note the undynamic composition. Doesn't it look like some guy dressing up in a funny costume and posing for a static magazine picture? THIS is the kind of stuff I would like to see more of.

Oh, by the way, JB, if you're reading this thread, I loved the last issue of DOOM PATROL!

Robot Man should be 40 feet tall and able to transform into a Spaceship, and also an emormous antimatter particle cannon.

Danny the Street should be a flying armoured death fortress.

I'm sure you have some detailed notes you can draw on for the rest of the characters.

Qalyn, your Power Girl looks very nice, but there's clearly been some foot-binding going on, no doubt to ensure that she can't get away from her cruel master, J'onn J'onnz, the Martian Womanhater. Lucy Cage, however, merely has a colossal rack, which is partially exposed, probably so it doesn't overheat. So don't talk to us about misogyny, buddy.

New from Wizard!

Just released some modifications to the new design of Blue Beetle. Following a public outcry BB has been teamed up with a really cool new character. I am totally stoked about the new demonic scooter sidekick he has been given.

BB refers to his buddy as "Spumoni" because the demon's true name is unpronounceable to humans. What BB doesn't know is that if the name is ever uttered in our plane of existence the scooter will turn into a BEUTIFUL WOMAN!

Look for a cameo from Booster Gold in his new costume!
