Cool! But I was always shit at pubs in central London and would be quite keen on somewhere cheap - I think the shock at having to pay more than 6 euros for a carafe of sangria may kill me. Ah, so in that respect you will not be easily confused with the D-mensch, should you ever be in the same general vicinity. One would merely have to utter a phrase such as "classic age of British bikes" or "this is how you prevent a Triumph from leaking oil everywhere", then raise a quizzical eyebrow until identity can be established.

For that matter I think I'll leave all the motorbikey stuff to Lilly.

(I remember the Cheshire Cheese being very nice, though having "head-smackable" stairs, and being round the corner from another pub with the same name... that's probably only a problem if you're as much of a Joey as me, though).
