I, um... have a few problems with this thread.
You're not the only one. What exactly is the point of this thread beyond "hilarious" discussion of racially offensice language? Is it supposed to be more acceptable because...

Presumably you're all insulting each other in an affectionate way (although I'm reading between the lines here). Which I don't have a problem with. I do, however have a slight problem with it being a thread on Barbelith. Especially considering the recent discussions on the subject of what should be considered acceptable language on the site.
Surely we shouldn't accept use of racial slurs against any group, not just the more commonly insulted ones?
That said, this thread doesn't seem to have any particular vicious intent. I'll shut up now (for a while at least). |
