I've just seen the Escapist a new gaming magazine after someone pointed me at Allan Varney's article on how Paranoia XP was created collaboratively over the web.

Looking good and has a bunch of interesting stuff in the 4 issues the've done so far, also does a free PDF e-mail subscription.

Unlike most free web magazines this is still consistantly good, a welcome surprise. There's always at least one article worth reading every issue. Recommended.
