This only happens when I'm logged in at work. Perhaps it's the IT department trying to tell me something. But whenever I try to open the last page of a thread that I've started or contributed to, I can usually not see the bottom half of the last post - and therefore can't see the "post reply" button. Which means that during my major Lithing hours I'm rendered impotent on a lot of threads - especially the Children one. Paradoxically.
Anyone know why this is and how I might fix it without alerting the IT peeps that I'm fiddling with work hardware?
Sax, not sure if this is what you want but for an really quick workaround you could build up the reply URL yourself -it would be barbelith.com/reply.php?id=topicnumber, and the topic number is just the one you see when you go to the first page of the topic. So this URL -
should take you straight to a reply to the 'Children' thread. I really don't know what could be causing that problem, though -do you have the option of using a different browser?
I get it, also pretty rarely (and not, as far as I remember, in the last couple of weeks)- yeah, refreshing the screen usually sorts it out.. I always assumed it was my slow connection confusing my browser.
