Please can the Conversation mods decide what is going on with the Untamed Rage and Anger threads? Currently there are two - the old one which went horribly off topic and the new one which was started to take over from the old gone wrong one.

Now there seems to be some confusion over which one people should post in. If the old one is being reborn can the new one be locked and posts from it somehow transferred, and if the new one is to be kept can we please lock the old one?

I've requested a mod to a post I made in the Calendar reform thread in Headshop.

I was under the impression that a new thread was going to be started in the Temple by Quantum, but this has not yet happened. I can't do this successfully because I don't mod Headshop or Temple, and I would suggest there is at least one post which needs moving across if the Headshop thread is not to discuss any of the spiritual elements of the 13 moon calendar. I speak of behalf of Mix when I say that if there is a new Temple thread he would want his post to be included in it.

Can someone/people with access to Temple and Headshop modding start a new Temple thread and move both mine and Mix's posts across please?

It is likely that a mod wanted to edit the abtract or some other element of the topic, but failed but just clicked without altering the default setting - which moves a topic into the conversation...

what troubles me is that if this is the case then at two other comics mods agreed the move without paying attention to what it would actually entail....

A couple of other people have noticed that moderators aren't paying attention to requests as well but what can you do? A good number of them don't check Policy either (and by the way I can plausibly name and shame them. Mwahahahahaha).

I'd say the online comics thread is borderline. It seems to be mostly "here are webcomics I like, tell me which ones you like" for the purposes of distraction rather than for the purposes of in depth discussion of said comics or the form. Thus, I feel it's a bit more convo-y. If it gets more critical, then comics can have it by all means.

I could use an assist from a convo mod with better HTML fu than mine. The image and link in this post pop up a forbidden error and the red x image of doom. Is this just an antihotlinking measure and there's no way around it as I suspected, or do one of you clever, clever folks know how to tweak it? Cheers.
