Well, meh. If Princess S. had put the link in in the first place, nobody would have been likely to have removed them. It may seem irksome and inappropriate, but there has never been a prohibition on adding a picture of your own face to every post you make - admittedly because it has never even been necessary to consider it. The moderation system itself is not at fault here, necessarily.

For what it's worth, I've put psots up for moderation to remove that 'signing off' rubbish before - you know, ending every post with your own fucking name, like it's not already visible right next to it. I'd most likely do the same with something like this, too.

You can, Jawsus - the "edit post" option to the right of your posts allows you to move to delete. It's exactly the same functionality moderators have, except we can do it to all posts in a forum we moderate, you only to your own.

Music mods - the link to the download of Fovea Hex's songs in the opening post of this thread - Fovea Hex is a) illegal and b) apparently spyware-ridden. The artist has contacted us, asking for the link to be removed, and given that and the dodgy software apparently downloading from the site, I'd suggest qite strongly killing that link, and leaving up the links to Fovea Hex's site and myspace.

The 9/11 thread appears no longer to be a list thread. I'm not a Music mod, but if I were, I'd have argued for killing it when it was a list thread. Lists, as I'm sure I need to point out to EXACTLY NOBODY, are fucking pointless. Now it seems more productive.

Sorry. Just had to express my fucking absolute and vitriolic hatred of FUCKING LIST THREADS. Personally I'd say they should ALL be killed from post one, but this one seems to have turned into something a bit more interesting.
