Still at home, still no delivery. Note on the door, explicitly reminding them which buzzer to press, mobile charged up (they've got the number in case there's any problem with the buzzer) and never out of my sight. In the house all day, no music on in case I don't hear the buzzer, frequent trips to the front door.
Call to the delivery firm at 4pm. Yes, they confirm, it's definitely coming today, before 6.
