People should do LOADS of ketamine and then play Twister. Not me, obviously, and probably not you either. But SOMEBODY should. And they should put it on telly. It'd be fucking ace.

No, it just means he has a history of keeping the minorities down.

That is what MattS meant, isn't it? Isn't it?

I am being paid to do an online test on Equal Opportunity law from home.
It's pretty cute. It has Quicktime movies and everything. When I finish it, I will be paid to do an online module on university teaching 101, with a quiz at the end.

I want to be able to tag figures in scientific literature with suggestions for authors, and for editorial policy: e.g. "the type in this sequence alignment is too small, doesn't reproduce clearly in the pdf".

Also for making rapid note of errors! I get annoyed at how many errors there are in the literature, they are confusing when I'm trying to learn. But of course as soon as I have the matter worked out in my head, they become only a minor inconvenience and it's hard then to make myself bother to take action to fix them by e.g. emailing the publishers. That activity - mailing people about minor errors in their papers - might justifiably seen as procrastination, no? And hence must be strenuously avoided unless I am genuinely unable to work, yet it irritates me to be more culpable in the propagation of error.

Thanks for your attention, etc.

Recommend, recommend.

Is that how you spell it? My spell checker seems to think so. Huh. Weird how sometimes a word I commonly use suddenly looks utterly alien.

Recommend.

Hmm.

Oh well. Carry on.
