SAGE

We're in Blighty for the festive season. Anyone up for doing something on the 19th of Dec?

That's my office Christmas 'party'... How about the 20th or 21st?

Cherry Bomb
15:15 / 04.12.03
Woohoo! Yes!

SAGE
15:20 / 04.12.03
Oh God, office parties. Eeeee-eee-eeesh. Either of those dates is fine, too.

Rex Feral
15:38 / 04.12.03
I have 'nuff shennannigans to be dealing with around that time - parties and what not, but I'm sure I will squeeze in drinking with the pair of you at some time or t'other.

can i lobby for the 21st?

SAGE
15:55 / 04.12.03
You certainly can.

Ariadne

21st is best for me, too.

Ariadne
17:04 / 04.12.03
Actually, scratch that, the 19th is best for me! Saturday is out, I'm afraid. How long will you be here for?

Lilith Myth

can I lobby for 21st too?

Make Mine the 21st! Mayhap at Jorene Celeste the white in order to make a lot of people have to squint?

SAGE
18:01 / 06.12.03
Okay, it's looking like the 21st. We'll be around for a bit after Chrimbo if anyone can't make it (tho' not during, because I'm stopping with my folks this year).

Jack The Bodiless

I shall consult the Great Oracle. And by that I mean spooks. Hopefully will be able to come down - don't think I'm busy around that time, and will have just been paid - plus might be stoopid enough to try Crimbo shopping in the Smoke...

But anyhow, must try to pop down, if only to thank LA for his assistance a few weeks ago. Lurid - she isn't a fan of aubergine, unfortunately, but I adapted it slightly right at the last minute for (admittedly more pedestrian) use as a recipe for loaded potato skins, which went down a storm. I am the Combat Chef. Yo.

This is looking eminently doable, sensible even.

Well, it is the day after my house Xmas party, but I will definately try to get there. After all I will probably be in need of some hair of the dog and it will be such pleasant company to suffer in.

It's always nice to see you guys! Whatever the weather!

Stoat-ROW ROW FIGHT THE POWAH
15:08 / 14.12.03
I'll try and make it... I'll have to bugger off early cos of work and shit, but it'd rock a snow leopard's ass to see you guys.

A Haus of Minions

I'm off for solstice celebrations on the Saturday and Sunday, but if there's anything going on on Friday it would be lovely to see you...

As always, our plans are sketchy. Arriving Thursday night and going to MC's folks on Tuesday for a week. Lots of people to see, but Barbemeets are always a high priority.

Jack The Bodiless

Foolish Lurid. Sketchiness is attractive, in a louche way, but hardly of use to those of us attempting to finesse a 75-mile trip to the pub.

We seem to have a consensus for Sunday 21st Dec (this Sunday coming) at the Jorene Celeste, Kentish Town. Dudes?

Rex Feral
15:10 / 15.12.03
I can't do Sunday but will try to attend any other adjective noun related action over the Xmas period.

yes, dudes? Because I'm not going all the way up to Cuntish Town just to sit on my own in a horridly-painted JC like happened last time, am I?

SAGE

Bugger. Bill has rumbled our Cunning Plan. Now I'm going to have to bully Lurid into concreteness, which disagrees with his delicate constitution.

Jorene Celeste it is.

Call yourself an anarcho-discordian-dadist-chaote? eh? eh? I laugh in the face of your need for *rules* and timetables. I guess that freedom is scary for some.

sheeple.

ok. does someone want to decide a time for me?

Lilith Myth
02:10 / 16.12.03
OK, I have decided 3pm. Of course, it's open to negotiation, but we need a starting point.

And *really* looking forward to seeing our Barca celebrities.

Bugger. After being a big bully and all (which was fun, don't get me wrong), I can't come. Can't afford it after all. Dudes! Would have been lovely to see you, shall be there in spirit. I don't mean that in a comradely way - I've pissed in the whisky.

aww, sorry Jack. (But thanks for pissing in the whisky, that'll ensure there's considerably more alcohol in it than there usually is in that place.)

We'll drink guinness and puke over the bar staff in your honour, Jack.

I might appear, since I am possibly going through London on that day.

As usual, I am just checking the last bits to see if anyone settles on a
day/time/location. If that happens and I am able, I will come along.
Should I bring my shears?

So the JC in Kentish Town, tomorrow (Sunday, that is). Can't say I know what time we'll get there, but we are aiming to arrive early. I'll try for 5. It could be earlier, it could be later.
