But anyhow, must try to pop down, if only to thank LA for his assistance a few weeks ago. Lurid - she isn't a fan of aubergine, unfortunately, but I adapted it slightly right at the last minute for (admittedly more pedestrian) use as a recipe for loaded potato skins, which went down a storm.
