Moving the new topic button

I think that the "New Topic" button/link should be moved to a more visible position. Why? Let's look at the forum "The Creation." The "New Topic" link blends in completly with the list of moderators. It'll be much easier if it's moved to right below the moderator listing.

I dunno. Whenever I read it in Conversation it always looks like it's saying "Flyboy motherfuckin' New Topic" which is kinda funny.

It is indeed kinda funny, but unhelpful.

I hesitate to suggest cosmetic changes, coz of the nature of the Barb, but maybe if there was a bit more space between the New Topic link and the mod names things would be clearer. Or if the New Topic button just looked more... buttony?
