For italics, use 'i' instead of 'b' in the above little tags. To put in images you do this kind of thing; <img src="linktoimage"> and to make links you do this sort of thing: <a href="linkaddress">name of link</a>
Whilst that is quite informative, the problem we techies have is that none of us know what the *&^% the code is for the things we need to do. Is there any way of making this easier for those of us who don't work with technology??? Please!

question: how do you know if someones ignoring you? you should be able to know, to avoid typing in lengthy responses to them if they wont be able to read it.
Not sure that should be an option. I know that the response is direct to the postee but something that you post may introduce a significant element to the thread which may never otherwise be raised.

yes, but theres really no point in deflecting what someones said if they will, by ignoring its existence, effectively negate the possibility of debate. its hardly a valid argument when only one person is making a point
...but I see your point as well. I just feel that both parties should be given the option of knowing where they stand in an argument. otherwise its quite silly to bother arguing at all
