Zenith City

Zenith City is the site of the Super Hero Convention visited by Alix Harrower in her role as a body-guard in Bulleteer 3.

Zenith City was also the site of a crime spree perpetrated by Dr. Cyclops in 1967. Fortunately the Doctor's criminal activities were foiled by Robby Reed in House of Mystery #164 (http://www.dcindexes.com/database/story-details.php?storyid=21757).
