Captain John Wether, formerly known as Pulse 8. "Resonat[es] in union with the [unified] field [harmonic]...[to] perform incredible feats"; initially Pulse 8 used attractor discs to perform these acts, but latterly - as the Master - has evidently upgraded to a "quantum keyboard" which enabled him to alter local reality.
