The lines were said to be laid down by Masonic architects back when the city was founded. The entrance may only be opened by one who knows the secret password.

All known maps to the Secret Subways were destroyed back in Captain Falsebeard's day to end the feuding between the trains. The only remaining map was tatooed onto the back of unfortunate derelict named Soapy.
