This is the higher reality of Jack Kirby's New Gods, the birthplace of Mister Miracle.

Although they've traveled to and from the Earth of the DCU (and left some of their advanced technology behind with LexCorp and S.T.A.R. Labs), it's hard to say whether the home worlds of the Darkseid's minions and the New Gods are alternate futures, parallel realities, or facets of an archetypal dimension encompassing our own. Is Superman a lesser-dimensional shadow of Highfather, is Highfather the ultimate end of Superman's ongoing evolution, or are they simply similar characters separated by the gulf between dimensions?

How this region relates to the Castle Revolving, Miracle Mesa or various other higher dimensions is unclear. It may be adjacent to all of them.

For Shiloh Norman, at least, this place is definitely adjacent to Manhattan, since he keeps running into New Gods on the streets of New York.
