Justice League

The Justice League is pretty much DC Comics' last word in superhero teams. After all, if one guy in tights is good, wouldn't six more be better?

Grant Morrison took over the JLA title in the late 90s, to much acclaim.

Then, in the lead-in to his Seven Soldiers cross-over series, he launched the JLA:Classified series with a three-issue arc in 2004.
