Analysis
C.G. Jung, the visionary student of Freud, was the pioneering Swiss psychologist who gave us the concepts of archetypes, synchronicity and the collective unconscious.
His exploration of the mind eventually led him deep into cultural mythology and religious mysticism -- discovering motifs and structures that recur in all human minds, regardless of culture, language or training.
