Agent Helen Helligan is a qualified Specialist in Metahuman Retrieval with the FBI. Agent Helligan has a talent for seeing the "Big Picture." By recognizing large scale patterns in the data, she can look at any situation from 50,000 feet and jump to general conclusions, an ability that has earned her the nickname of "Sky-High" Helligan within the Bureau.

Helen has a brother named Brian, into whose strawberry milkshake she once deliberately poured fish oil when they were both children, an act which she still regrets to this day.

Helen also has a sister named Rose, who is marrying a scary guy name Lido Lupelino over the objections of her mother and despite the fact that Lido occasionally beats her up.
