Major Dan Stone, formerly known as Flow.

Intelligent liquid form, capable of altering viscosity, now - as Glob - inclusive of "gelatine software" enhancements.

A similar character named Glob Herman turned up in Grant Morrison's New X-Men. He was a transparent viscous gang member and student, with a visible skeleton. DC's Glob doesn't have a skeleton.
