Powers: bag of tricks which contains, among other things, Zoom Glasses, anti-spider lipstick and 'What Every Girl Needs' freeze-spray.

Based on her last name, she probably has some relationship to Meredith Pemberton, a.k.a. "Merry the Gimmick Girl" and "Merry, the Girl of 1000 Gimmicks", who was not only an ally of the original Seven Soldiers, but also the adopted sister of one of their members (Sylvester Pemberton, The Star-Spangled Kid).

In Bulleteer 2 it is revealed that Jacqueline is, in fact, the estranged daughter of Meredith Pemberton.
